HOWEVER, although salt can enhance the flavor of food, it can also kill the good flavors. Stockton Boudin, cut down on the salt; too much salt burns the mouth and ruins the flavor of the dish: SF Joe's Special - lovely presentation - killed by the over saturation of salt = same with the talapia.
